CityWide is licensed by the California Department of Insurance and operates in full compliance with California bail bond regulations. The standard premium is 10% of the bail amount, filed with the California Department of Insurance. Lower rates apply where a client qualifies: 7% paid in full, and 5% paid in full with a signed retainer letter from their attorney. Payment plans are available for qualified applicants.
