- You must be holding or include a handwritten/made sign in the photo with "CityWideBailBonds.com" or "CityWide Bail Bonds" or both written on it.
- GOOD TASTE IS REQUIRED (ALL BODY PARTS MUST BE COVERED APPROPRIATELY).
- You can upload yourself, your family, your pets as long as they belong to you and in costume, add your carved pumpkins or a spooky scene for effect.
- Only 1 entry per family, person, email address, per household is allowed.
- Grand Prize will be selected by us, then removed from the pool, then the current top three of fan favorites. (so, no winning twice)
- You grant us rights to use your uploaded photo on our website, social medias, marketing etc..
- Entries are open only to legal residents of California.
- Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
- The prize must be collected by the winner and is nontransferable.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry and results posted on our social media pages. If no response is received after 10 business days, the winner(s) will forfeit all rights to the prize.
